Effect of Self-Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Science Teacher Candidates in Technology-Based Learning

The 21st century requires science teacher candidates to be skilled in using technology learning. Science candidate who is carrying out field practice experiences by applying technology-based learning must also have high self-efficacy and OCB. This study aimed analyze self-efficacy's effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of research was conducted among teachers at Mataram Universitas Islam Negeri as many 78 teachers. sampling technique used probability sampling. data collection distribution OCB questionnaires. Data analysis descriptive inferential statistics simple linear regression tests form t-tests significance. To measure indicators magnitude, generality, strength, while Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy, Civic Virtue. results showed that t-count value 6.284 greater than t-table 1.665. significance shows 0.03. smaller 0.05. hypothesis test indicate has a significant
